ITS NEVER ACCURATE!

Considering how big a city can get in China, there are no local weather reports! It only offers weather report for an entire city. Im in Guangzhou right now and the weather is always bipolar here. It could be raining in one borough and not the other. I dont know where they base their weather reports on but its ALWAYS the opposite from my borough. For instance, it keeps telling me its raining outside almost everyday when in reality I do not see a drop of rain at all! However, when it tells me its going to be sunny outside, it RAINS FOR ME. Seriously, depending on this app kills all my plans! Even now, its raining outside yet its showing "mostly sunny." I never write reviews but I had to write for this one
